Yogi Tip #18, Meditation for the Negative Mind

Meditation for the Negative Mind
This Kundalini Yoga Meditation for the Negative Mind powerfully cleanses the negative mind of unwanted thoughts and desires. Throughout the day, many unwanted thoughts enter our mind our natural reaction is to push them away with an energy of aversion or our ego grabs on to them and they loop over and over in our heads. Both of these reactions pushes these unwanted thoughts deeper into our subconscious, giving them energy so that the play out in our lives on an unconscious level.
It is said that the subconscious makes over 60% of our actions (or re-actions). This meditation for the negative mind will clear these thoughts and allow us to live more from our neutral (angelic / higher) mind. Try it as your 40 day sadhana.
