Yogi Tip #10, Meditation to Build Intuition

Meditation to Build Intuition

Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga, said that “Going through life without intuition is like driving a car which has no side mirror and no rear view mirror. All you can see is just straight ahead.” But he also reminded us in times of confusion and doubt to, “Go inside and listen to your inner voice. Every question has an answer. Your soul is full of wisdom and knows the way.” Thankfully he gave us the technology to do just that. The Meditation to Build Intuition will develop and strengthen your intuition by using a four stroke breath to stimulate the pituitary gland. When in doubt, practice this for the full 16 minutes to open up your chakras, then meditate afterwards and listen deep within. You may be surprised at just how clear your intuition is!
