Cacao + Dance = Bliss!
Chocolate Yoga’s latest offering to the Byron Shire was the ARISE Visionary Cacao Dance Journey for Wesak. Around 80 people celebrated Buddha’s birthday by dancing their intentions for the spiritual new year into being. We would like to thank the awesome ARISE crew of Luminaya, Sacred, Naked Treaties, Kulchajam and the Cacao Spirit for helping Byron Bay to arise from under the Bodhi tree and dance our way to bliss.
It’s time to slow down
It seems that our much awaited addition to the Chocolate Yoga team (for newsletter newbies, Sjha’ra is now 6.5 months pregnant) has already taken over as CEO and is busy calling the shots. Bubba has telepathically requested that we postpone the Sydney and Gosford workshops until mid November, when Chocolate Yoga will be presenting at the Bondi Yoga Festival. Night time has turned into play time in Sjha’ra’s belly, so sleep is becoming more of a rarity and comfort is of utmost importance. We don’t want the quality of our workshops to suffer, so spending too much time on the road is not a good option at this point in time. Big apologies go out to all the keen Sydney & Gosford folk who were looking forward to the tour. We look forward to seeing you all in November.
